About Me

Life is an unpredictable journey, filled with moments of joy, confusion, and everything in between. When we encounter difficult times, the question "what’s going on?" can become overwhelming, leading us to feel isolated and doubtful. It’s during these challenging moments that we yearn for connection—someone who can understand and help us navigate the complexities of our emotions and experiences. Throughout my own journey, I have faced moments of confusion and grief, but I have also discovered the profound importance of rest, celebration, and the support of others. Each person’s path is unique, and while there’s no one-size-fits-all guide to life, we can find meaning and clarity together.

I have clinical experience working with a diverse range of populations, including adults, teenagers, and children. My work encompasses conducting individual and group sessions, as well as leading workshops and webinars aimed at promoting mental wellness and resilience. I have supported people in underprivileged communities as well as in corporate settings. This breadth of experience has empowered me to tailor my therapeutic approach to meet individual needs effectively. It has also deepened my insight into the human experience, fueling my passion for supporting others on their journey toward well-being.

My clinical practice is guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). By discovering the valuable messages within our emotions and thoughts, we can better understand what truly matters in our lives. This self-awareness reduces our fears of the unknown and equips us to manage our thoughts and behaviours more effectively, enabling us to live meaningful lives. Both ACT and CBT are evidence-based and proven to foster progress in therapy.

Starting therapy can be nerve-wracking. As your therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space for you. Together, we will explore, unload emotional burdens, and rediscover the inner strength and unique gems within you.

Areas of interest and experience include, but are not limited to:
