What is a mental health screening?

A mental health screening is a 45-minute appointment with a mental health professional for you to better understand your mental and emotional health state.

A mental health screening is not a diagnosis nor an assessment of any mental health conditions.

During the appointment, the mental health professional will review the results from your mental health screening test. While reviewing, you may share any experiences and concerns you have pertaining to the items on the test. The mental health professional might then be able to give some recommendations on possible steps you could take to manage any concerns you might have for your mental health.
