Adolescent Therapy

Adolescence can oftentimes be tricky and emotionally overwhelming to navigate for both teens and their parents, filled with emotional, social, and academic pressures.

Adolescent therapy provides young people with a safe and confidential space to express themselves, make sense of their feelings, and develop emotional regulation, while learning healthy ways to cope with challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, mood changes, school refusal, peer issues, or family stress.

Our approach is age-appropriate, engaging, and respectful of each teen’s individuality. We work closely with adolescents to build trust and emotional skills, while also involving parents or caregivers when helpful, as we aspire to help your teen thrive throughout their developing years.
